Sue Sheehan was born in Illinois, USA. She studied Theater/Communications at Boston College and
Ithaca College in London and finished in 1984. After several years of work in Boston she left for
Europe and decided to stay in Germany in 1988.
Sue was in 1994 one of the winners in a Photography contest with the Women's Department in the
lower Saxony and released her first book in 2001.
Since 1995, she has worked as a freelance artist/musician and has been involved in many projects
and groups (medieval,bluegrass, irishfolk, singer/songwriter, and jazzswing). She plays various
instruments and has been seen at many festivals and has stood on many stages. For more information,
